Medical Insurance

Administered by Anthem BCBS, there are three plans – including PPO and HDHP – to choose from. Coverage and cost vary.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

HSA allows you to reduce your taxable income by setting aside pre-tax dollars for eligible out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. Any amounts over $1,000 can be invested in multiple fund options.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

FSA allows you to reduce your taxable income by setting aside pre-tax dollars for eligible out-of-pocket healthcare expenses, and Dependent Care FSA allows you to pay for eligible dependent care expenses with tax-free dollars.

Eligibility

Benefits are generally available to full- and part-time employees who work at least 30 hours per week. Eligible new hires can enroll in benefits for coverage effective the first of the month following their hire date.
